The Zoo – Download Request

This form will remain open through March 31, 2026.

Please fill out this form if you would like to request a link to download all photo and video content shared to your profiles on The Zoo.

 

Things to know:

  • You must have a working email inbox to receive a download link.
  • After submitting your request, we will reach out via hello@thezoobychewy.com to confirm your information. Please keep an eye on your inbox for this confirmation and respond as soon as possible so we can process your request.
  • If you use multiple emails and/or phone numbers to log into different accounts, you must submit separate Download Requests for each. If all of your profiles are under one email or phone number, you only need to submit one request.
  • You can confirm the email and/or phone number attached to your account by opening the app, navigating to your profile, and tapping on the three little lines in the top right corner to open the menu. Go to Settings & Account Info, then Settings & Account Info again to see the information connected to your account.
  • If you also would like to request to delete your account information, please do so AFTER you have received your download link.
  • Please allow up to 30 days for our team to process your request.

  • Please enter the usernames of a few of your most frequently used Zoo profiles. If we are unable to locate your account via email or phone number, we will use this info to search by username.
  • Please enter the email address that you would like the download link for your posts to be sent to.
